When Receiving Your Product

Before signing the delivery receipt, please check whether there is any damage or issue with your product’s package. If you notice any damage, missing items, or the package seal has been broken, do not sign any delivery documents and return the package to the courier, requesting a damage report to be prepared. Once you fulfill this obligation, your replacement products will be sent to you immediately. If you accept delivery of products with damaged packaging or claim missing contents afterward, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or deficiency of the items inside. Please inform us of such situations as soon as possible in writing to our address or verbally to our phone number, including your order reference number.
